Very pleased he's come back now. Couldn't have chosen a better game. However, I felt like the sending off of Lampard wasn't worth it. If anything, Xabi hit him if you think about it. And they both didn't go in with the intention to hurt the other player so Mike Riley made a stupid mistake there. Phil Scolari has a case against him. But yes, I am very proud of all the LFC players. That is how you play football. If they had just done it against Wigan + All the other shitty draws. I owe Fernando Torres big time for not really appreciating him. Also, how the hell did Reina make it ALL the way to Torres when they were celebrating? He must have flew there.
I'm sorry but you cannot look at that and not think "mental". He's gone and kicked Yossi and the BLIND linesman calls for a Chelsea free kick? Come on. WHAM! Although I thank Bosingwa for amusing me and Dad. I'm not making fun of anyone but it's just ridonkulous. If a Liverpool player had done it, I'd say the same thing.
credits to the people at RAWK who rawk.
Am so happy I managed to catch a little of Valencia's game against Almeria last night after Liverpool/Chelsea. I haven't seen this team live in a whole year since ... god knows. I noticed their new keeper. Cesar Sanchez right? From Spurs.
In more woeful news in Asuncion. Defensores del Chaco stadium collapsed, killing two riot squad officers during an Interleague Tournament football match. Eight officers fell some 10 meters along with the cement blocks that collapsed, taking the lives of two of them, during a match between Oviedo and Santani, which around 10,000 spectators had gone to watch. RIP.
