You are all beautiful

via. Too amusing to pass up. LOL!

My head is seriously heavy as hell and I can't feel my fingers and my soles itch. I don't like wine. Wine and Caramel Macchiato nonsense. Bleh, oh well. It's not a hangover anyway. HAHA. Just me not getting enough sleep I guess.

I'm too lazy/tired to go for a walk. This sucks because I know I'll have to do it anyway. My head is just begging for a pillow though. Maybe I could walk with a pillow next to me. Think people would point and stare? Yeah they would I guess.

Had a lovely dinner last night with the girls which consisted of Nisha's famous Soya Balls (lol), Subways and Starbucks. I am now broke as hell. Please don't invite me for anymore dinners unless it's at a mamak or some chinese hawker center. My wallet needs to bulk up. But it was all in good fun and I loved it. I miss hanging out with them all at a go.

And you will lose everything

Ah, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. No other movie franchise (cept Lord of the Rings I guess) can get me freaking out about making it on the day of its release.

I still don't know what to think about it. On the one hand, cinematography and how the film was directed was well done. I loved how David Yates worked the angles of the scenes and the score of the music seemed to fit right in (especially Malfoy's scenes). I shall be downloading this soundtrack soon obviously. Cast wise, I love Jim Broadbent in all his roles he's done and perhaps as Slughorn, he did a pretty good job too, but he's not what I pictured Slughorn to look like :( Oh well. What was interesting was Gemma Jones aka Madam Pomfrey was his wife in Bridget Jones so I thought that was cute LOL.

http://img156.imageshack.us/img156/4659/photo122hires.jpg

Particular parts I loved were Malfoy's scenes because it's rare you see the movies focusing on him. I really loved Felton's acting in this one and felt more sorry for Malfoy than I did when I read the book. Snape will always be Snape. Alan Rickman is one of the best cast chosen for the movie series. When he killed Dumbledore, tears were so threatening to burst out of my eyes but I held it together in fear of being mocked LOL.

The cave scene was meh. But there were parts of it which were top notch ala Dumbledore's massive flame. Oh! And I love, love, love the boy they chose to play Tom Riddle both at age 11 and 16. So I looked them up. Did you know that the 11 year old Riddle is Ralph Fiennes' nephew (Hero Tiffin Fiennes) and was chosen for that role because of his resemblance to his uncle? And he has a brother called Titan and a sister called Mercy? Dayum those are some pretty out there names ey? Frank Dillane who played Riddle at 16 is actually 20 years old. Phew.

But I really wish they had filmed the fight scene at Hogwarts. With the teachers and students vs the Death Eaters :( I was so looking forward to it. Also Bill and Fleur but we all knew they were never gonna make it into the movies. Also Lupin and Tonk's conflicted romance (aside from her "sweetheart" line). I thought she was emo-ing over Remus in this one >__>

+ I found Cormac rather hot. *twiddles thumbs*

*wipes sweat off forehead* Don't kill me fans? I love the HP brand just as much as you. I certainly hope you enjoyed the movie.

Have it in your mind

Finally get to watch it. We're booked for the 5PM show at Pyramid today. I know it's mad but I don't mind because I know if I don't watch now, I'll put it off till the last few days of it's screening like I have with most movies. (That's how I never got to watch Night at the Museum 2 *sadface*)

Anyway, i was looking around pbase.com today. I honestly find almost EVERY picture I pass by to be mind(blasting LOL) blowing and just amazing. So with that, I'm gonna pimp :D

Where's my Love Actually moment? Really.

Watched What Dreams May Come today and by the end of it, I was crying so bad.

"Chris Neilson dies to find himself in a heaven more amazing than he could have ever dreamed of. There is one thing missing: his wife. After he dies, his wife, Annie killed herself and went to hell. Chris decides to risk eternity in Hades (hell) for the small chance that he will be able to bring her back to heaven."

It's a very unlikely movie for Robin Williams to be in; but I highly recommend it. It really moved me and I wish I could just watch it one more time. Might get the emotions beat out of me. What people will do for the people they love. Stupidity or devotion? I don't know.

A lonely miracle.

http://img43.imageshack.us/img43/2853/transformers2shialabeou.jpg

Went to Pyramid with Looi yesterday to watch Transformers 2. I haven't been to the movies since Underworld 3. I have mixed views about the movie but I would lean more towards the positive side to it. As much as it was a boom boom pow all action movie, it was still fun to watch. I don't know why people said there's no plot to it. There was definite plot and I was completely fine with it. The effects were amazing as usual and I guess the guys were happy they got to see Megan Fox run around the desert sweaty and in dangerously low cut tops. Har har.

http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/4670/photo29hires.jpg

Downside to it was that some scenes had way too many robots/transformers/whatever that you couldn't tell who was who. You got Decepticons who aren't all evil, you got prehistoric ones, current ones, dead ones, live ones, stupid ones, smart ones, hugeass ones, tiny ones etc ... end of the day I was like "who's this again?" But I still like this movie and I'd watch it again ... just not too soon.

+ I'm up in yur bedz, lovin' on Shia LaBeouf anyway. XD

In an unrelated topic, the neighbours are really stupid for open air burning right in front of the police station. The cops are even stupider for doing nothing :D

I get Amnesia when I'm standing next to you-oh-oh

Long day on the 16th. Won't bother going into detail what happened but I'm glad the day turned out the way it did :)

Le start to the day. Waiting on Kavi at her place LOL.

LKW's no smoking campaign revitalized? Nah I don't think so. There were people smoking IN FRONT of this signboard cussing at it haha. Wrote something for Ziad and Adeel. Kinna added something in too :D

(not pictured in the random Cina corner: me)

Went to Cyber again yesterday thanks to Thinesh/T-man who drove me and Nisha down. ("Can get to Cyber without paying a single toll you know"). Met up with Kinna and her friend Ika. Her apartment's electricity had been cut off due to late payments in bills but it was back up by 5PM thankfully. I remember those nights. Yes. Not good.

Anyway, me and Nisha went over to Ziad and Adeel's place. We/I finally watched Slumdog Millionaire on Ziad's laptop. It makes me appreciate the soundtrack so much more now of course. Ika and Kinna came along but didn't stay long because Kinna had basketball practise. Then Thinesh came back with the both of them after an hour or so. Everyone hung out then the rest of us left for dinner at Saba' (again) while the guys stayed back to watch cricket (go figure). It was a rather big dinner party though. Kinna, Ika, Nisha, Myself, Devina, Shaz, Ibrahim, Sami, Sanat and Usman. Bumped into Izzy on the way there too. That's someone I haven't met in a while. Wonder how Bob from Libya is doing. LOL. Papa took me and Nisha home :) I left my sunnies in the loo which Devina thankfully found. haha. I'm that lame.

Also, KG comes home today! WHOMG! I cannot, CANNOT wait to meet him.

WHY THE HELL IS IT SO HOT THESE DAYS?!
I know Malaysia generally is a hot country, but this is INSANE. Looked into the Yahoo Weather page and it says that eventhough it's 31 degrees here, it feels like 40. I couldn't agree more. I wanna die now.

http://ppgkpipamen.files.wordpress.com/2008/07/constantine.jpg

Watched Constantine just now. Haven't seen this movie for a while now. Reminded me why I love Keanu so much. Sadly, I haven't (and probably will never) watched The Matrix which is kind of a sin if you're a fan of Keanu but I guess I tend to avoid movies like that

http://images.rottentomatoes.com/images/movie/gallery/1142336/photo_28_hires.jpg

Another reason to watch this film is the choice of co-stars. Rachel Weiss and Shia LaBeouf remain favourites of mine no matter what movie they act in. I'm still pissed Rachel never got to reprise her role as Evelyn in The Mummy III (which IMO sucked as crap). It also allows us to go back and see how far Shia has gone since then, Eagle Eye, Transformers, Disturbia etc ... wonderful.

http://artfiles.art.com/images/-/Johnny-Depp---Sleepy-Hollow-Photograph-C10102243.jpeg

Another movie I got to enjoy this month was ye olde Sleepy Hollow. Having watched this as a 12 year old, as you can imagine, I understood very little and was more freaked out by Christopher Walken than anything else. Now everything sort of falls into place for me and it's so much more of a beautiful story than "ARGH IT'S THE HEADLESS HORSEMAN!" *runs and hides behind a door* Tim Burton amazes me more and more each time. Heck, Beetlejuice still wows me. LOL.

Paul BLARTARTARTART!

Went shopping with the family at Summit USJ today and what do people usually get when they go to Summit? DVD's ... of course.

http://img15.imageshack.us/img15/6422/movielist.jpg

These movies were bought (some against my will) and one more which was a Donnie Yen movie was completely in Chinese so I couldn't find the poster for it. failpotato. Just so people know, my choices were : Paul Blart / Tropic Thunder / Underworld.

Then we headed to Popular Bookstore which was having a sale. Like stock clearance prices. 90% for members. I've seen women claw at each other at the malls/boutiques in movies and this was exactly it. Mothers and their young sons pushing through crowds to get that last copy of (insert random Chinese storybook here) and teens grabbing at Harry Potter / Football books / Design and cookbooks while the fathers and boyfriends went insane at the DVD section. I had a few books in my arms (lofts, dream apartments, Terry Goodkind's Chainfire, random PageOne books) but ended up just getting one.

http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/2346/200pxchainfire.jpg Original price: 89.90 / Discount price: 90%. You do the math.

Sadly, I haven't read the previous 8 books (lmao) so I'm awfully ahead with this book. I'll have to go look again tomorrow or Monday hoping to find the previous books. Another failpotato

Then I thought about something. Not that it's important but I've just always pondered: Is Hans Isaac (local actor) an Indian dude with what we call Francis Light/Vasco de Gama Syndrome? So I looked him up and it says "Gerald Hans Isaac or more popularly known as Hans Isaac is a Malaysian actor, producer, director and a former model. He is of Indian, Filipino, Spanish and Eurasian parentage, his mother is of Filipino and Spanish descent and his father is Indian Malaysian." So I guess he can actually talk the talk lol. And there's my question answered. :D (used to have a small crush on him too before he got ... crappy D:)

ANYWAY, everyone's so excited about tonight's game. I've been chatting with more Manc fans than Kopites sadly so I'm pretty well bashed up already and they game hasn't even started. haha. Some were nice enough to "wish" me luck haha. If we come off with a win tonight, I'll have so much more to say to them tomorrow >=D So yes. Here's to hoping.

For you, a thousand times over.

http://img22.imageshack.us/img22/2376/partition.jpg http://img24.imageshack.us/img24/9817/kiterunnermedium.jpg

Watched these two movies yesterday. One (Kite Runner) I own on DVD and the other I watched on HBO. For some reason, there are some days I just would prefer to sit down and enjoy a foreign film (in terms of them not being based in USA/England/any other English speaking country). It gently reminds me that there is more than just action thrillers and romantic comedies out there. There are simply just stories. Another movie I would have loved to watch yesterday would have been The Pianist. Real stories of real people (although I don't know if Partition is a true story though).

http://img102.imageshack.us/img102/4941/005z.jpg

Khalid Adballa. If I ever get to meet him, I'd run up to him and just give him a hug for such a great performance in the Kite Runner. Every time I watch the scene of him reading Hassan's letter, I break down and weep. It brought my mum to tears too and she doesn't shed a lot of them for movies. (not to mention it really makes me wanna go fly a kite ... in the best way possible)

As for Partition, I haven't seen it enough to come with a full opinion on it yet. It's just more amusing for me to see Kristin Kreuk as an Indian/Muslim woman. Although she does it pretty well. And the fact that it's Jimy Mistry as Gian Singh, pulls me to watch this movie even more. But it's ending is pretty screwed up. Totally ruined the movie for me although others may disagree. Sometimes you just need to have a happy ending, or if not, then at least don't make the sad ending end in a stupid way. Plus it's better than your average Bollywood flick. They don't break into song in this one. Haha.

Gonna have a 2nd game of badminton with Nisha (& Anne) tomorrow. Hopefully the court won't be as booked/full as it was on Friday. Seeing as it's a holiday, it might just be. So we're gonna try to go at lunchtime when everyone's busy stuffing their faces >=D My right arm still hasn't recovered from Friday's game. Thanks to not warming up. But I still got it. Badminton remains Alison's only sport she's good at actually playing. Wish I could go swimming but there's hardly any decent pools around here without people and their bazillion children cannonballing as though as it's Ulu Yam or something. Plus no one really wants to go swimming D:

Happy Birthday Nisha

As much as I am not a Titanic fan *gets hit by a shoe from fans*, the OST has been on repeat on my winamp tonight. One song is particular is Nearer my God, to Thee which is played in the last moments before the ship sank by the band on board. It's unbelievably heart-wrenching because I can sorta remember the scene vividly(with the captain, the mum and her children, the man and his wife on their bed as water gushes underneath) and have decided one of the saddest/horrific ways to go is knowing you're going to die on a slowly sinking ship. *goes somewhere to weep*

The Titanic sunk by lousy rivets. 14000 psi rubbed against the rivets, which made them break, which made water start pouring in the ship. It then took 2 hours for the ship to sink. It got 5 ice reports, yet the captain continued the voyage to America. 1 ice report did go through, and when the Titanic tried to get help, the ice person went to bed and didn't hear the emergency.
-source

I've also decided, along with Gabriel by Lamb, I shall want this song played at my funeral. Note this down. *knocks on wood*

Drove Looi, the birthday girl (Nisha) and her boyfriend to Klang to Starbucks where Anne works and chilled there while we celebrated with cake and coffee. Drove them all home and had dinner and came home myself. So much driving. My butt is sore.

It started out as a feeling

Have I ever mentioned how much I love Gabriel Macht? No? Well I think I should.

http://www.superiorpics.com/pictures2/Macht_AG011.jpg

One might recognise him from Behind Enemy Lines as the pilot Stackhouse. Or if you're a chick, maybe Because I Said So as Johnny Dresden. And his latest movie would obviously be The Spirit, which I haven't seen yet, so I'll be looking forward to that. :D

The fact he married the girl who infamously snogged Bridget Jones (remember Rebecca?) makes me laugh more harder and wish I was dead. LMAO.

Batu Caves at the crack of dawn in 6 hours. Holyshit I'm crazy.

"this looks so strange"

It's already February. Nothing smacks me harder in the face with pre-university return than the words "FEBRUARY". Loads of people have gone back to school/uni since but I still feel like I should be on holiday and that's just comical but true D: Why is I so lazee? lol.

Watched Underworld 3 two days ago with Kavi and Looi. I'm going to be very blunt and say the biggest reason for me to watch it was because of Craig Parker (Sabas) and Bill Nighy. Craig was brilliant as ever (even if he only played a ridiculously small role) and provided the lulz at some point of the movie. Plus he was all rawr in leather which I think was the selling point for most people lol. And don't think I've ever seen a British actor as versatile as Bill. Imagine him as a granddad? The amount of pwnage that'd be! I wouldn't mind if Bill or Sir Ian McKellen were my granddads I promised myself I wouldn't watch the other 2 Underworld movies because they could ruin it for me. Surely enough, they did. I watched Underworld at Anne's house yesterday and was put out when I saw technology/science/cars/guns. Also when I found out what happened to Lucian, I felt so cheated because I put so much hope into him in the 3rd movie. Bleh, and now I might need to go look up the 2nd one just so I'll know what happens. This is why I hate prequels ... they force people to find out what happened in the end. Plus I have something against Kate Beckinsale. I don't know what she did to me but I just do not like her. LOL. I think it was Van Helsing. >=(

Aside from all that, been watching Rush Hour 3 almost daily now because of the repeats on HBO. It would seem that I have synchronised myself to somehow always be in the middle of a rerun every time I watch HBO. I've had too much of it @___@ Oh, and I've seen Igor ;D John Cusack is love. Even if it's only his voice.

While most of society gear up for February's most famous occasion (starts with the letter V and ends with a E), I shall sit back and puke my guts out (as usual) watching couples do ... couple-y stuff. Mum and Dad might be doing something on V-day though I'm not too sure. I shall be standing by laughing at them though ... especially if Dad decides to break out the Carpenters and yelling "I know I need to be in love." as he did not too long ago while driving 2 hours to Port Dickson. Making fun of my parents mushy-ness amuses me more than watching Brangelina fight out cover wars with Obama/Michelle (how come there's no name for them yet?) Michama/Obachelle? They're hyping up their lives ridiculously, I don't think their names should be spared. Sasha and Malia dolls now? :D

Liverpool/Chelsea tonight. Booyeah. I have some hope left in the reds. Don't fail me now.

Got Valentine plans? I shan't laugh. I'm just interested.

It might have been one of the most humid days I've been through this year. It was fine earlier this morning and when we came home from Ikea. Speaking of which, I am getting rather sick of Ikea/Ikano. We've been there no less than 2 times in the last week and more frequently before that. I feel like I know almost every corner of it without even being there. Next mission is to start memorising product serial numbers. *rolls eyes*

Watched Little Women on Youtube yesterday. It shames me to think we don't own it on DVD. It's gotta be one of my fave movies of all time. And I don't say that lightly. I really loved it. I loved Winona, Christian Bale, Claire Danes, baby!Kirsten & them all. I think I'll watch it again soon. Naomi finally convinced me to watch Merlin and in return, she told me she'd take a look at Legend of the Seeker. Why not right? I'm always game for a new TV show to follow as long as it doesn't involve teenies in OC flashing boobies and bling. Cause I've had enough of those. They do not appeal to me and never will.

The new semester approaches as Chinese New Year fades slowly into the past (frikkin hell it's almost the end of January!) and into February. I was looking forward to the day that I would go back to LKW to restart my everyday routine of complaining, bitching, driving long distances, putting up with lectural shiz, and keeping up with syllabuses and assignments-- Suddenly not so much. I suppose it was because I was arguing with the parentals everyday and needed a place to go to when I just needed out. But lately it's been better between us and there's not so much arguing (although the Nag factor is still in abundance) and more ... silence, to say the least. I simply avoid talking when one's opinion isn't needed and usually sit out outings. I think they've noticed and have become slightly nicer to me. Although Dad still keeps up his '1 lecture a day' ratio.

Anyway, I got to thinking lately. "What happens after University?" That is a thought many a student has contemplated with little success of ending that thought in a happy mood. I joined a group of designers/students who share their problems with work/clients/freelancing. To put it lightly, I ended up leaving after a day worried and frightened. I began to wonder if Graphic Arts was really the right thing to do. People have gone for months without a job and seeing today's rate of retrenches and layoffs going on around the world, that's not gonna ease my mind one bit. Clients are stupid. That's an established fact. What happens if I can't handle the stress of dealing with a client who wants "the background of the banner to change because my brother's auntie's cousin's dog told me it was a bad colour" or explain why a 100px by 100px image cannot be blown up to 16R in size. People get fired for mouthing off/not saying anything at all. People who have been through 3 - 4 interview callbacks and STILL fail to secure the job. How the hell am I supposed to beat all that?

I would love to think of the prospect of working in an awesome firm (which hopefully deals with sports ... liverpool fc ... official photog. HEAD OUT OF THE CLOUDS PLEASE) or better yet, owning my own firm. Owning a loft in downtown Melbourne/Auckland/Whateverla. Owning the 'pwnest' Canon DSLR you can think of. Traveling around the world in search of inspiration/photographic material/life itself. Alas, reality hits and I am living in a rented room in some ulu town washing dishes in some kopitiam hoping for a big break while that degree sits in a box, waiting to be of use. It's so scary to think about all this. It's ridiculous and I don't know why I do it. But who hasn't? When you look into your future and see nothing, it's probably better than seeing the worst of things which play in your head like a sick silent movie with you as the lead actor.

Just grit my teeth. Sit back and watch how the year unfolds as time carries on. I can only hope for best. For me and all my friends who feel themselves in the same predicament at the moment.

Is it odd, I'm in love with Slumdog's OST? I would drive around blasting it if I didn't get the WTF stares. LULZ. Maybe I should.

O. Saya.

Got the soundtrack to Pete's Dragon today :D
I haven't watched this movie since I was 5 and boy does it bring back really really fond memories. I used to cry every time Elliot had to say goodbye to Pete in the end and I probably still would if I had the chance to watch it again (and I can, youtube is your best friend). It's so amazing I still remember some of the words to the songs and the tunes as well. I really miss this movie.

Also got myself the soundtrack to Slumdog Millionaire. I haven't watched it but I was told the music was class. With stuff from A. R. Rahman, I'm sure it's gonna be one pwn album to listen to. Also got the theme song off Ghost World. Meant to get Donnie Darko's too but I ran out of time :(

Spent all evening haunting youtube watching Craig Parker and Mark Fergusons RingCon videos. I really wish I could have been in Germany for the 2005 one. I love those two like a Liverpool fan loves Stevie/Xabi. And this time I can truly can call them an OTP cause Craig actually does like guys (so I read in a New Zealand Herald article) plus Mark looks fabulous with him :D

We watched Kung Fu Panda (finally) and Madagascar 2 on DVD today. Gotta say I found Kung Fu Panda a little silly but you know, what do you expect with Jack Black right? I liked it a little better than Madagascar 2. It definitely wasn't as funny as the first one. But c'mon Melman/Gloria was just too cute too bear. I am so pumped to watch Underworld 3 mainly cause of Craig eventhough I missed the first two. Kate wasn't my fave leading lady anyway :/

Reunion Dinner tomorrow. It's off to PJ for the millionth time I suppose. Only we'll get pwn food tomorrow :D CNY takes all the life out of me and I don't even have to go far. I just can't stand the environment. I hate the music and the amounts of red thrown on everything so cheaply. Sure red is an elegant colour (Fate might kill me if I diss it anyway) but if you just colour anything from cutlery to toilet paper red (ok that is VERY disturbing), it just becomes ridiculous. Don't get me started on the music. I am so glad my neighbours aren't all Chinese people because I get enough whams and cymbals coming from the next house save all the others around me. Wanna experience total immersion in this kind of environment? Pay a visit to The Summit USJ and you'll see what I mean. From every direction you'll hear CNY music and that is enough for me to want to choke myself with a thin string thanks.

When you haven't spoken to someone for some time, especially if it's someone around your age, the common question is "So, got new guy/girl in your life ah?" It could be a harmless question but to the wrong person it could be seen as a jab in the sides. There's no need to ask about that thank you. If I actually had a "guy in my life", odds are there might have been some pictures of us around or a little giggly post / status update from me somewhere. If not, please do not ask. I really get tired of repeating the same answer. Sure, I'd love to cuddle up with Craig and say "INDEED YES THERE IS." It won't happen this century or the next, so please leave that question unasked unless you don't read this blog or have me added on MSN/Facebook or actually know me well enough to ask. Sorry I am touchy about this but this has happened way too much this last week and it's really tiring me out.

P.S : I think I need to go download Oceanlab's album. Thanks Kinna. I finally took a listen. They PWN like no other. Them and Telepopmusik. I need some good trance in my life.

"...Medium? Why sir, did you know that for a mere 25 cents more you can purchase a large beverage? And you know... I'm only telling you this because we're such good friends: Medium is really only for suckers who don't know the concept of value." - Enid from Ghost World

Episode 9. My favourite so far. Because of that dude right there. Darken Rahl. Craig Parker. Craig Rahl. Darken Parker. I don't give a white sheet. Man it feels good to have a TV show to rave about again, while everyone rants on about Gossip Girl and how hot Chuck Bass or whatever his name is, I got myself Legend of the Seeker. Not as glam but it's just right for me :D Odd as it is, I haven't seen a single episode on a TV. They're all downloaded.

& i managed to watch the entire part 2 of the LOTR : FOTR appendices this morning. Freakgeek or what?

stop. phucking. lecturing. me.

The bill for the next semester arrived yesterday (oh sure that's on time but the results took forever). And mum made me call LKW to ask if we wanted to pay for the full year, we just needed to double the amount or not. I knew we needed to but they obviously never believe what I say so I had to face the dreaded task of calling up the uni.

Attempt 1.

Got through to no one cept an answering machine with the basic "for marketing press 1, for bursary and registry press 2..." I pressed the number for BURSARY and got through to a lady who said "uh sorry wrong number." ... my reaction was "This is LimKokWing right?" She goes "Yes." to which I answer "Well ... can you forward me to the right number/person please?" And the smart employee that she is, says "Uh sorry, I don't know." Dear God woman. Who hired you? A deaf person? You're supposed to be a competent employee who takes calls. If you're by the phone all day and answer with "I don't know." I think I better take your job. I have a little more brains ... a LOT more brains than you do.

Attempt 2.

This time someone DID pick up and I only said "I'd like to ask about the payment of my fees." WHAM. I was transferred to about 4 different people who only heard me up to the part where I said fees. I didn't want to know WHERE, WHEN, HOW, WHY. I just wanted to know if we could double the damn amount. And for that, I spent about 20 minutes being passed around the whole staff faculty. I felt like choking someone. And I guess I unfairly snapped at my sister after that.

And yes, the answer is that I can double the amount for the whole year. Stupid nutjobs.

Watched Return of the King today again. I've been trying to watch this movie for ages and it seems that every time I put in the DVD, something comes up. It got really annoying because today, something came up as well. I couldn't be bothered to stop so far into the damn movie. I paused it for a good half hour. Then after that, I watched The Prince of Egypt. How's about biblical for you? Just felt like a good animated movie since I've been watching Pixar stuff lately so this movie seemed like a good one. How impressive is Ralph Fiennes as Moses yes? Loved it as I always have loved this movie. Watched Bolt after that (phew) with my sister. Just found out the people who sing at the ending credits are Miley (eww) and John Travolta himself. I didn't know he still sings lol. Thought it would have been the annoying father-daughter duo. Yes Billy-Ray Sirap, I am talking about you :D

And now I'm streaming Pete's Dragon on Youtube. LMAO. Someone has to give me a break. Did I mention I watched 3 eps of Legend of the Seeker today? Screw it man I need to GET OUT MORE. And yet I don't want to. I feel way too lazy to step out the door. Going out to dinner with friends every now and then is my personal limit. Shopping with the folks to top it off with them nagging at my back is more than I can handle. New semester approach please? I like my break, but I also want to be alone. Maybe I can convince the parentals to go on a week cruise around Asia? Haha. Fat chance. The only good thing about the situation now is that Dad's mostly at work for most of the day untill 5PM then all hell breaks loose again. He's finding new things to nag about lately and it's becoming more and more amusing to see him try to find anything to complaint about.

And I am off to watch Kevin James on Jimmy Kimmel. Yoink. He's the cutest overweight comedian ever. I just watched Hitch (great, MORE movies) a few days back. I've never watched it till now. So adorable. Go Dougie!

P.S: stop trying to prove me wrong or arguing with me over every phuckin` small thing OK? Holy shit I'm not Urkel or anything. I DIDN'T GET ALL A's IN MY EXAMS. AND I AM NO SUPER GENIUS. :DDDDD leave me the phuck alone and shut the hell up yourself. Love ya lots ok? xoxo *rolls eyes*

The road goes ever on and on.

Another great photographer: Stephen Foote. I met him on (shh) DeviantArt. :D His gallery is just fantastic.

Skipped episode 6 of Legend of the Seeker by mistake and now I can't watch 7 which I spent ALL day downloading yesterday before I finish getting 6 today. NOT HAPPY.

Watched a movie called Sublime today. It was so confusing because I didn't watch from the beginning. (poster here. nsfw-ish)

"Admitted to Mt. Abaddon Hospital for a routine procedure, George Grieves discovers that his condition is much more serious and complicated than originally expected; and as his own fears begin to manifest around him, he learns that Mt. Abaddon is not a place where people come to get better... it is a place where people come to die." - imbd.

It was a very ... screwy movie. I felt so empty after watching it. Haha. It's a 'dark psychological piece'. It didn't feel like a horror movie. Just moved very slowly and it toyed with the viewers minds. Although in the ending I was like "WTF" but it was a smart ending I guess. It left me unhappy but satisfied. It also mentions loads of current issues the common person goes through: poor health care in USA, racism, infidelity and whatnot. It got some really good reviews and some really bad ones. Considered to be a failed experiment by Warner Bros for a horror movie. *shrugs*. But yes, if you expect hack and gore (as the cover may suggest), it's not at all like that. It's slow and mind screwing lol.
